Northeast Tarrant, from an office on Southlake Boulevard.
The office is on West Southlake Boulevard, a few minutes from the 114 and the 1709, which puts most of northeast Tarrant County inside a short drive. Southlake, Westlake, Trophy Club and Colleyville are large-lot custom homes, and a lot of that stock is tile, slate and standing seam rather than composition. Grapevine runs the other way: pre-war houses around Main Street, post-war infill either side of it, and then the hotel and retail corridor along the 114 where the roofs are flat and the work is commercial. Keller, Roanoke, Justin and Haslet went up mostly through the late 1990s and the 2000s, which means whole neighborhoods there are reaching the end of a first or second composition roof at the same time. Further out the crews work Fort Worth and Dallas, and there is a second office in Austin.
