Roofs are priced by the square, which is a hundred square feet of roof surface, not of floor area. A steep or cut-up roof takes more labor than a simple one of the same size, and the material moves the number more than anything else. This gives you a range built from ordinary North Texas pricing. It is not a quote, and nobody can give you one without looking at the roof.
