A retail-scale low-slope roof with a full complement of rooftop units, photographed from above during the work.
Everything difficult about a commercial roof is visible in this frame. The field of the membrane is the easy part. The hard part is every curb under every rooftop unit, every drain, every penetration for gas and condensate, and the edge where the low-slope roof meets the sloped mansard.
A roof like this gets replaced over a building that keeps operating underneath it, which is a scheduling problem as much as a roofing one. Sections get opened only as far as they can be closed again before the end of the day, and the equipment stays running.

The scope, in writing
What the roof needs, what it costs, and on a claim, what the carrier has and has not allowed for.

The work
Roof first, then the gutters, fence, windows or siding if the storm took those too. One company for the lot.
From a commercial customer
I began searching for roofing companies after our house was destroyed by hail. They were local and received great reviews, so I took a chance. Let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed. Jason and the team were extremely friendly, professional and responsive from the moment I called them. They kept me informed throughout the entire process of working with my adjuster, replacing my roof, fence, and windows. The whole team was very professional and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and the quality of their work was actually better then what I originally had.
