A crew part way across a low-slope roof, with the membrane going down in sequence behind them.
Single-ply goes down in a planned order for a practical reason: everything opened has to be watertight again by the end of the day, and on a flat roof there is no pitch to help you if it is not.
The seams are welded rather than overlapped, which is why the field of a membrane roof almost never fails. What fails is the detail work at the curbs, the drains and the terminations, so that is where the time goes.

Call or send the form
Tell us what you are seeing and where the property is. A storm date helps if there was one.
- 02
Free inspection
About 15 to 20 minutes on the roof and in the attic, and you get a written report with photographs to keep.
- 03
The scope, in writing
What the roof needs, what it costs, and on a claim, what the carrier has and has not allowed for.
- 04
The work
Roof first, then the gutters, fence, windows or siding if the storm took those too. One company for the lot.
From a flat roofing customer
My roof had a leak and it was seeping in through the ceiling. I called JWC and within the hour Xavier and Dylan arrived at my home. They assessed the situation (IN THE RAIN) and in less than an hour my problem was resolved. No more leaks! I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended!!
