The first day of a replacement: the old roof coming off, and the ground underneath it covered before it does.
Nothing about a replacement can be priced accurately until this is done, because the condition of the decking is invisible under a roof and it is the line item that moves most. Soft sheets come off and get counted where the owner can see them.
The tarps in the frame are not decoration. A tear-off sheds nails, granules and shingle fragments across everything under the eave, and how much of that is still in the beds afterwards is a fair way to judge a crew.

How this roof went.
- 01
Call or send the form
Tell us what you are seeing and where the property is. A storm date helps if there was one.
- 02
Free inspection
About 15 to 20 minutes on the roof and in the attic, and you get a written report with photographs to keep.
- 03
The scope, in writing
What the roof needs, what it costs, and on a claim, what the carrier has and has not allowed for.
- 04
The work
Roof first, then the gutters, fence, windows or siding if the storm took those too. One company for the lot.
From a replacement customer
Xavier came to our home during the recent stretch of rain to look at a potential roof leak. He was extremely professional and diagnosed our issue immediately. He caulked around one of the target areas that evening, then returned the following morning to tarp just to provide us with peace of mind till the weather moved through.
