A full composition tear-off on a large, cut-up roof, photographed part way through so the assembly under the shingles is visible.
What the drone frame shows is the part of a replacement nobody normally sees: the old roof gone, the deck exposed on one plane and the new underlayment already down on the next. A roof with this many planes, valleys and penetrations is more labor than its square footage suggests, because every one of those transitions is detail work rather than field work.
The valleys go in before the field does, and the sequence is what keeps water out for the next twenty years. Membrane in the valleys and around each penetration, then synthetic across the field, then starter, then the courses, then hip and ridge. The blue tarps at the edge are protecting the beds and the drive from the tear-off, which is a small thing that says a lot about how the rest of the job is being run.

The work
Roof first, then the gutters, fence, windows or siding if the storm took those too. One company for the lot.
From a replacement customer
First time replacing our roof. They were outstanding and walked us through the entire process to include what to expect from the insurance company. After successfully navigating the insurance coverage, the team arrived to replace the roof. Extremely professional with top quality work. They covered EVERYTHING and a minimum of nails were found in the yard after completion with NONE in the pool. Hardworking, honest and a quality end product. They have earned my respect and future business.
