A lift standing in the middle of a sanctuary, which is what work on a church building usually looks like from the inside.
A church is one of the harder commercial buildings to work on, and almost none of the reason is the roof. The sanctuary is in use at least two mornings a week, the ceiling below the deck is often the finished surface, and there is rarely anywhere to stage material that is not also somewhere people walk.
So the job is planned around the calendar rather than the working day. Sections get opened only as far as they can be closed again, the interior gets protected before anything comes off above it, and the parts that need a lift inside happen when the building is empty.

Tell us what you are seeing and where the property is. A storm date helps if there was one.

Free inspection
About 15 to 20 minutes on the roof and in the attic, and you get a written report with photographs to keep.
- 03
The scope, in writing
What the roof needs, what it costs, and on a claim, what the carrier has and has not allowed for.
- 04
The work
Roof first, then the gutters, fence, windows or siding if the storm took those too. One company for the lot.
From a commercial customer
I had JWC out to take care of my roof after a recent hail storm. I called them and they came out the same day to take a look. They then helped me all the way through the process with my insurance company to be sure I was going to be treated fairly. They were constantly on top of things ready to help. Once I got my checks they jumped on the house within the week. I build custom homes for a living and I wouldn’t say this lightly if I didn’t truly mean it but my roof looks better than any home I’ve built and have seen built.
